IN THE AGE OF REVIVAL?
The ones who have followed us for years already know the stories about people changing our name. From the letter that arrived from Japan and was sent to “INESC Morte (death)”, instead of Norte (north), that the postal services so dutifully delivered, to being asked over the phone whether is it INESC Porco (pig) calling, instead of Porto! And, of course, there are those who call INESC TEC a girl, “a INESC TEC”, instead of “o INESC TEC”, but that happens every week.
What we would never have expected was, in the 21st century, a name and a logo so… how to put it… so similar to our old logo, back from the eighties.
We’ve always heard that old trends always make a comeback. Soon enough we will have big cell phones and earphones over the head again. What next?
