Event about Geosciences with the collaboration of INESC TEC

Ana Cristina Pires, researcher of INESC TEC’s Centre for Robotics and Autonomous Systems (CRAS), participated in the conference entitled “The Near Surface Geoscience Conference & Exhibition 2018”, a multidisciplinary event that hosted three different conferences in the geophysics area, namely “24th European Meeting of Environmental and Engineering Geophysics”; “3rd Applied Shallow Marine Geophysics Conference”; and “2nd Conference on Geophysics for Mineral Exploration and Mining”.

The Alfândega Porto Congress Center was the venue chosen for all conferences that were carried out in parallel with a scientific exhibition, which worked as the central meeting point where companies exhibited relevant products and services according to the area concerned.

The event took place between 9 and 13 September.
