Ambassador of Canada visits INESC Porto

The Ambassador of Canada, Anne-Marie Burcier, visited INESC Porto on 16 January together with her adviser, Harold McNarinay, and her commercial assistant, Fátima Carvalho.

Similarly to what happened with the visit of the British Ambassador in November 2008, this was an exploratory visit where the aim was to get to know the activities developed at INESC Porto and its respective Units.

During the visit, the Delegation of Canada’s Embassy had the opportunity to watch a presentation on INESC Porto carried out by a member of the Board of Directors. Afterwards, the delegation visited INESC Porto’s Units where some projects and activities were presented.
