INESC TEC is now on Instagram and Google+
Instagram and Google+ have been growing exponentially not only in terms of followers and users, but also because of new and interesting functionalities. Once again, INESC TEC has decided to follow the new communication trends and join these two social networks.
Instagram is true to the motto “a picture is worth a thousand words” and since 2010, the year it was created, this social network has gained millions of followers, two million in Portugal alone. Because this social network is quite popular with the younger generations, INESC TEC wants not only to promote its brand but also to bring new talent and new researchers to the institution.
Google+, Google’s social network, has over 300 million users and is growing exponentially, with active communities all over the world. Google+ is part of a solid platform that includes Youtube, for instance, where INESC TEC has been present for over a year.
