Call to award 1 Research Grant to MSc or Degree holders - Project "EleCtra"

  • INESC TEC is accepting applications to award 1 Research Grant to MSc or Degree holders to work in Project: European Liaison on Electricity Committed Towards long-term Research Activities for Smart Grids, in the following work area: Power Systems. Academic Qualifications: Master Degree, 5 year degree in Electrical Eng., Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum Profile required: - Knowledge on topics related to power systems operation and control; experience with power systems simulation tools; fluency in English (spoken and written); good programming skills (such as C ++, Python, Java, etc.). Preference factors: background on optimisation methods and tools; fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
  • Application Period: 2015/07/29 to 2015/08/29

  • INESC TEC is accepting applications to award 1 Research Grant to MSc or Degree holders to work in project Storage-Enabled Sustainable Energy for Buildings and Communities, in the following work areas: Power Systems or Automation. Academic Qualifications: Master in Electrical Engineering. Minimum Profile required: scknowledged expert in at least one of the following areas - power systems or automation; fluency in English (written and spoken), strong programming skills. Preference factors: knowledge in industrial communications and SCADA systems will be valued. Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken).
