The backup
A couple of days ago we heard this appalling story: one of our very own engineers realised that one of his mass storage devices had malfunctioned. Determined to save the information in jeopardy, he decided to do a backup save… to that same faulty device.
Disaster, calamity, toads pouring like hail from the sky. It’s really not worthy to describe what happened, educated people skip unnecessary uncomfortable and rude details.
There should be a button on the back of the head that one could push to refresh and upgrade some of the most oblivious minds. As a backup alternative, a few days off on a sanitary vacation wouldn’t hurt.
