Director of INESC TEC on the editorial board of scientific journal

The director of INESC TEC, João Peças Lopes, was invited to join the editorial board of the new international publication Sustainable Energy, Grids and Networks (SEGAN). The journal addresses theoretical and applied research in the areas of energy, including smart grids, from micro to super grids.

SEGAN is a multidisciplinary publication that brings together researchers from academia and industry focusing on different subjects, including Energy, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics and Energy Policy.

The editorial board features 21 international experts in the multidisciplinary areas covered by the journal, and João Peças Lopes is the sole Portuguese member in the team. The chief editor is Mario Paolone at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), Lausanne, Switzerland.

SEGAN is published by Elsevier, a leading publisher of medical and scientific literature in the world.
