INESC TEC researcher elected a Fellow of EAMBES

Aurélio Campilho, coordinator of INESC TEC’s Centre for Biomedical Engineering Research (C-BER) and Full Professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), was elected a Fellow of EAMBES - European Alliance for Medical and Biological Engineering and Science.

The Fellows Division of EAMBES is composed of individuals who have significant contributions in the areas of Medical and Biological Engineering and Science.

EAMBES is a non-profit international organisation established in accordance with the Belgian law, which gathers the majority of the scientific societies and academic and research institutions located in Europe within the framework of the Medical and Biological Engineering and Science. The main goal of EAMBES is to improve the health and the well-being of the European citizens through the implementation of the Medical and Biological Engineering and Science in its daily life.
