SMART Technology Centre’s CEO visits INESC TEC
In the framework of INESC R&D Brazil, Robson Hilário da Silva, SMART Technology Centre’s CEO visited Portugal in order to meet some institutions, including INESC TEC.
The purpose of the visit was to stimulate the collaboration between both institutions, namely on the sponsored programmes of Brazil, as well as debating INESC TEC’ capacity to contribute to the smart cities project that will be introduced in Niterói, municipality of Rio de Janeiro Metropolitan Region. This project, which could also involve INESC R&D Brazil, receives strong support from the Federal Fluminense University at Niterói, for being a member of the INESC Brazil Network.
INESC TEC’s visit arises from application submission to InCobra, which is coordinated by SPI (from Portugal), and it is designed to promote a more meaningful exchange between Brazilian and Portuguese institutions.
