INESC TEC participates in debate on Energy, Sustainability and Science

The cycle «Portuguese Economy and Industry 4.0 - The path of a new industrialisation», organised by the Publishing Group Vida Económica, in collaboration with INESC TEC, promoted its fifth and last conference dedicated to the subject of «Energy, Sustainability and Science». The initiative took place on 3 July in Guimarães at the Associação Comercial e Industrial auditorium.

INESC TEC was represented by Américo Azevedo, coordinator of the Centre for Enterprise Systems Engineering (CESE) with the presentation «Maturity Analysis and Definition of a Roadmap in a Digital Transformation Strategy».

It was also possible to promote a round-table debate, which was attended by Ricardo Bessa, assistant coordinator of the Centre for Power and Energy Systems (CPES), accompanied by Carlos Sampaio (Elergone), Jorge Mendonça e Costa (APIGCEE), Fortunato Frederico (Kyaia), Miguel Gil Mata (Sonae Capital) and Filipe Vilas Boas (ACIG).

This was the last conference of a cycle that addressed subjects such as the Textile and Footwear Industry, Media and Content Production, Food Industry and Sea Cluster.
