INESC TEC was visited by the Rector of the University of Aveiro

INESC TEC was visited by the Rector of the University of Aveiro

The Rector of the University of Aveiro, accompanied by two Vice-Rectors, visited INESC TEC on 24 July on an initiative that aimed to present the Institute and the organising and governance model, as well as the research and technology transfer activities.

Paulo Jorge Ferreira, rector of the University of Aveiro, was present and was accompanied by the vice-rectors Artur Silva (Research, Innovation and Training at University Level) and Eduardo Castro (University-Society Cooperation). 

The institutional presentation was carried out by José Manuel Mendonça, President of INESC TEC’s Board, in the presence of the president of the Executive Commission, João Claro, and of other members of the Board, namely Gabriel David, José Carlos Caldeira, Manuel Ricardo and Rui Oliveira, as well as Manuel Matos, President of the Scientific Council of INESC TEC, Pedro Guedes de Oliveira, Senior Consultant to the Board, and Vladimiro Miranda, Associate Director.
