INESC TEC participates in the Digital Industry Days of Schneider Electric

INESC TEC participates in the Digital Industry Days of Schneider Electric

On 2 and 3 of March, INESC TEC was present at the Digital Industry Days, an event organised by Schneider Electric that took place at Aveiro and which was attended by clients, industrial firms, system integrators, manufacturers, installers and students.

José Nina de Andrade, collaborator of INESC TEC’s Industry partnership Service (SAPE) was invited by Schneider and was responsible for the event with the presentation “Digitalisation and competitiveness: the importance of an implementation roadmap”.

“Digital Industry Days was, indeed, an event that allowed the demonstration of several technologies, solutions and processes that are important for the digital transformation of companies as a way to increase their competitiveness”, declared José Nina de Andrade.

Besides attending the sessions, the more than 250 attendees could also visit the Marketplace, an exhibition area of IoT and innovative digital tools solutions, where Nuno Campos, who is also from SAPE ensured an area of dissemination of projects that address the challenges posed by the industry sector.
